Jamshedpur, May 6: Rajiv Ranjan, a resident of Jamshedpur and circle inspector posted at Mufassil Police Station in Bokaro district, passed away on Tuesday (May 6) due to cardiac arrest.
His untimely death has sent a wave of sorrow through the police department and the community.
He had been unwell for the past few days and was experiencing difficulty in breathing. He is survived by his wife, two daughters, parents, and a loving family.

A condolence ceremony and ceremonial salute parade were held on Tuesday at the Golmuri Police Line in the presence of the City SP and other police officials.
Rajiv Ranjan’s wife, daughters, and other family members were also present during the tribute.
Colleagues remember him as an honest, hardworking, and friendly police officer. He was well-regarded in society and known as a brave and sincere police official.
