Ranchi, June 15: Mohammad Ali Hussain, a resident of Nezam Nagar in Hindpiri, Ranchi, also lost his life in the Kuwait fire incident earlier this week. Ali Hussain’s mortal remains arrived at Ranchi airport today, Saturday.
Ranchi DC Rahul Kumar Sinha was present at the airport along with Mohammad Ali’s family members. He interacted with Ali Hussain’s family and offered his condolences. Rahul Kumar Sinha stated that the entire administration is with them in this moment of grief.
DC hands over cheque of Rs 5 lakh
Additionally, under the Chief Minister Jharkhand International Migrant Worker Grant Scheme, the DC handed over a cheque of five lakh rupees to Ali Hussain’s brother, Mohammad Asif.
A fire in a multi-storey building in Kuwait on Wednesday morning resulted in the deaths of 49 people, including 45 Indians. In response to the incident, the government had dispatched Minister of State for Foreign Affairs, Kirti Vardhan Singh, to Kuwait.
