To accommodate the expected influx of visitors, the authorities have also implemented a route diversion for NH39, the main highway passing through Mandar. Vehicles travelling to Ranchi can take an alternative route via Budhmoo, Thakurgaon and Kanthiatand, while those coming from Ranchi can use the detour via Nagri, Bero, and Tangarbasli.

The Mudma Jatra is renowned for its colourful processions, traditional dances, and religious ceremonies. Devotees from neighbouring districts and states converge on Mandar to offer prayers and seek blessings at the local temples. The fair also features a variety of stalls selling handicrafts, local delicacies, and religious items.

The local administration is urging visitors to adhere to the guidelines and maintain order to ensure a peaceful and memorable experience for everyone.
