Daltonganj, Jan 30: The Eye Department of Medinirai Medical College Hospital Daltonganj has successfully performed 11 cataract surgeries over the past two days. All the operated ones are doing fine.
Sources said cases of matured cataracts were discovered in the recently concluded Swasthya Mela. The eye department took prompt note of it and conducted the surgical procedure.
The surgery indicates remarkable efficiency and teamwork. Under the leadership of Dr. Rakesh Kumar, Head of the Department (HOD), the dedicated team of ophthalmologists and medical staff ensured smooth and successful procedures, bringing relief to patients suffering from vision impairment.
