Dhanbad, March 14: For the facility of the popular passenger train 18613 Ranchi- Chopan Express, today began a two-minute halt at Meral Gram station under the Dhanbad Rail Division of East Central Railway (ECR) zone.

Local MP Vishnu Dayal Ram flagged off for the halt at Meral Gram station. The train reached the station at 4.33 and left for Chopan at 4.35. On the occasion, senior officials of Dhanbad Rail Division were present.
MP Vishnu Dayal Ram said that the people of the region have long demanded this, and keeping their facilities in mind, the railway has decided to give this important train a halt here.

Senior Divisional Commercial Manager of Dhanbad Rail Division Amresh Kumar said that train no 18613 Ranchi—Chopan Express will arrive at Meral Gram Station at 4.33pm and, after a two-minute halt, leave for Chopan at 4.35 pm.
From tomorrow ( March 15), train no. 18614 Chopan—Ranchi Express will reach Meral Gram Station at 10:18 a.m. and leave for Ranchi at 10:20 a.m.
