Dhanbad, March 10: The Rashtriya Colliery Mazdoor Union (RCMU) has officially authorized its national president, MLA Jayamangal Singh, also known as Anup Singh, to select the office bearers of the Bharat Coking Coal Limited (BCCL) regional committee.
RCMU working president Brajendra Prasad Singh said that the decision was made in a meeting today, where members of the Central Committee, along with the presidents and secretaries of all regional committees, expressed their full support for the selection process led by Anup Singh, as he is the president of the organization.
Observer Involved in the Selection Process
Several months ago, the RCMU executive committee had granted MLA Anup Singh the authority to select the office bearers of the BCCL regional committee. However, instead of making the selection directly, Anup Singh sent Kumar Mahesh Singh as an observer to Dhanbad on Sunday.
Mahesh Singh was tasked with gathering opinions from various leaders for the final selection. He met with office bearers of the Central Committee, along with the presidents and secretaries of regional committees to discuss the matter.
