Jamshedpur, May 16: Tata Main Hospital (TMH) marked International Nurses Day 2025 with a week-long celebration themed “Our Nurses. Our Future. Caring for Nurses Strengthens Economy.”

The festivities honoured the dedication and impact of nurses across TMH units.

The central event in Jamshedpur saw over 850 attendees, with D B Sundara Ramam, VP Corporate Services, and Sanjeev Choudhary, President, Tata Workers’ Union, commending the nurses’ leadership and compassion. Vinita Singh, GM Medical Services, reaffirmed TMH’s commitment to supporting its nursing workforce.

Events were held across TMH locations:
Jamshedpur: A blood donation camp collected 45 units, half from female donors.
Jamadoba: Tribute to Florence Nightingale and a cultural program.

Noamundi: Health camp in Kantadiya village using the new Mobile Medical Unit.
Joda: Oath-taking ceremony, debate session, and award presentation.

West Bokaro: Lamp lighting, cultural performances, and address by GM Anurag Dixit.
TMH’s celebrations showcased the vital role of nurses and the hospital’s ongoing support for their growth and wellbeing.
