Tattoo on leg led to body’s identification
It was a tough task for the local police to ascertain the identity. She was killed on August 5.
However, one Meera Devi saw the tattoo on leg and with the help of the blue colour sari she identified the tattooed leg of the deceased to be her mother Samitri Devi.
It was a big revelation for the local police. The local police knew it would not be any difficult to crack this case now. The tattoo was like the case opening.
Meera Devi dropped the bombshell as she told the police that her mother was in relation with one Abdul Khan, 55, for over the last 5 or 6 years as her father, a migrant worker, lives far away to eke out a living there.

Victim’s love affair with another man angered lover
SP Garhwa Deepak Kr Pandey said the Bhavnathpur police nabbed Abdul Khan and the man confessed to his crime.

“Khan told the police that he was in relation with the deceased Samitri but she was getting closer to one Kanhai Singh in recent time and that made him burn with jealousy,” Garhwa SP’s press note read.
Abdul, a junk seller and buyer, got infatuated with Samitri during the sale -purchase of the junk and their love grew in all these 5 or 6 years.
