Daltonganj, July 19: World Wide Fund for Nature-India (WWF India) has consented to donate one new Camper for the Palamu Tiger Reserve (PTR).
The regional coordinator of WWF India, Joydeep Bose, has sent a letter of consent regarding the offering of a Camper for the PTR to its field director Kumar Ashutosh.
WWF India is offering Camper conservation assistance at the PTR.
PTR needs more vehicles to patrol its areas. There is foot patrolling too but it is limited.
In rains when grasses and shrubs are double fold high 4- Wheelers are needed most for the patrolling in the PTR.
