Jamshedpur, July 1: The Department of Business Administration at XITE College Gamharia (an autonomous body) organized a departmental seminar on the theme ‘Adapting Business and Economy to Global Transformation’.

The seminar was attended by students and faculty members of the department.

Fr. (Dr.) Mukti Clarence, vice-principal of XITE Gamharia highlighted key points focusing on the importance of the theme in today’s competitive world and congratulated the department for successfully conducting the seminar.

He advised the students to undertake research and add value to their personal lives.

The head of the department, Prof. Amit Chaturvedi in his welcome address stated that the objective of the seminar was to help the students to know the dynamism of the business world.

He also expressed his gratitude to the professors for their proficient and solicitous guidance to the students in preparing their research work for the seminar.

Sanchita Ghosh Chowdhury in his introductory message gave critical insights into the current business environment and asserted on its importance in the career prospects of the students of management.

Prof. Nishit Singh from the Department of Business Administration summed up the seminar with suggestions for the students.

Shruti, a student of BBA (Semester 3) proposed the vote of thanks.
