Dhanbad,  April 2:  A six-member team of Jharkhand today left for Hyderabad, Telangana, to participate in the UTT 30th Master National Table Tennis Championship scheduled at Saroor Nagar Indoor Stadium from April 3 to 6.

The chairman of  Jharkhand State Master Table Tennis Committee (JSMTTC) Saket Kumar Sinha, said that the selected players are former Jharkhand and united Bihar champions Samar Jeet Singh, Dinesh Rakshit ( both Ranchi), Ajay Mahajan, Saket Sinha  (both Dhanbad), Colonel  BN Sharma and Shiv Kant Srivastava ( both Jamshedpur).

Selected players will join the team in Hyderabad as Ranchi and Jamshedpur players today left for the venue from Birsa Munda Airport Ranchi. In contrast, Dhanbad players have gone via Durgapur airport.

“Since  players have prepared well, this time we hope for better results  in the national Master Championship”, said chairman Saket Kumar Sinha.
