Jamshedpur, Feb 29: IMD’s Ranchi Meteorological Centre today issued a forecast of clear and dry weather over Jharkhand for the next 24 hours.

According to weathermen, both the maximum and minimum temperatures will also witness a rising trend in the next few days.
On March 2, Saturday, light rain with thunderstorms is likely to occur at isolated places over north-western parts of the state.

Light to moderate rain with thunderstorms is also likely to occur at a few places over the state on Sunday, March 3.
Light to moderate rain with thunderstorms is also likely to occur at a few places over the state on March 4 and March 5, as per the long-range forecast issued by the Ranchi Meteorological Centre.
Notably, winter is on the wane as most places across Jharkhand have been experiencing minimum temperatures of more than 13 degrees Celsius for the last two days.
According to Met statistics, most places across Jharkhand including the capital Ranchi and Jamshedpur recorded minimum temperatures between 15 and 18 degrees Celsius today.
