Jamshedpur, Feb 16: IMD’s Ranchi Meteorological Centre issued a forecast of clear and dry weather in Jharkhand for the next 72 hours.
According to the forecast, fog and mist are expected to prevail in the morning for the next three days.
The minimum temperature would also witness a two to three degrees fall in the next three days, thereafter the temperature would witness a gradual rise.

The trough in westerlies at 5.8 km above mean sea level was today running roughly along Long. 83°E to the north of Lat. 24°N.
Another trough runs from north interior Karnataka to the cyclonic circulation over central parts of Chhattisgarh and its neighbourhood across north Telangana and south Vidarbha at 0.9 km above the mean sea level.
A fresh Western Disturbance is likely to affect the western Himalayan region from February 17.
Met statistics revealed that the minimum temperature hovered over 13 degrees Celsius in most places across Jharkhand today.
