Jamshedpur, Feb 19: IMD’s Ranchi Meteorological Centre today issued a mid-week rain alert in Jharkhand due to the impact of an upper air cyclonic circulation, caused by a passing Western Disturbance in the northern parts of the country.
According to the forecast, some parts of northeastern Jharkhand are expected to experience light rain on Wednesday, February 21.
Light rainfall is also expected in some districts of northern Jharkhand on Thursday, February 22.

Some places in southern Jharkhand including Kolhan region are expected to witness light rain on Friday, February 23.
As per the forecast, dry and clear weather conditions would prevail in Jharkhand today and on Tuesday.
Met statistics revealed that the minimum temperature hovered between 13 and 16 degrees Celsius in most parts of Jharkhand today.
