Ranchi, June 18: The Jharkhand High Court on Wednesday held a partial hearing on the petition seeking a CBI investigation into the alleged paper leak in the JSSC-CGL (Jharkhand Staff Selection Commission Combined Graduate Level Examination).

In the previous hearing, the government had informed the court that charge sheets had been filed against several accused and that the CID investigation was in its final stages.

It was also reported that, so far, no concrete evidence of a paper leak had been found. The court has extended the stay on the declaration of results until the next hearing.

Advocate Piyush Chitrakar appeared on behalf of the state government, Advocate Sanjoy Piparwal represented the JSSC, while senior advocate Ajit Kumar argued on behalf of the petitioners.
