Ranchi, August 8: The Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP), Jharkhand, will organise a massive student march in Ranchi on Saturday to protest against alleged irregularities in the JSSC and JPSC recruitment examinations and demand reforms in the state’s recruitment process.
According to a notification issued by ABVP, the march will begin at 11 am from Dr. Shyama Prasad Mukherjee University (DSPMU) and proceed via Firayalal Chowk to the Chief Minister’s residence, where students will stage a demonstration.

Demand for Transparent Recruitment Process
ABVP said the protest has been called in response to alleged irregularities in the JSSC and JPSC examinations, which it claimed have adversely affected the careers and future prospects of thousands of aspirants.
The student organisation has demanded a transparent, fair and merit-based recruitment process and urged the state government to take concrete steps to address the concerns of candidates.
Call for Statewide Participation
Appealing to students across Jharkhand to participate in the march, ABVP said the agitation aims to safeguard the interests of job aspirants and ensure accountability in the conduct of competitive examinations.
The organisation maintained that the protest is intended to press for reforms in the recruitment system and restore the confidence of students in the state’s examination process.
