Ranchi, Dec 5: Sarv Sanatan Samaj, Ranchi today staged a huge protest here against the continuous atrocities on Hindus and other minorities in Bangladesh.

After the demonstration at Morhabadi, a rally was held at the collectorate to hand over a memorandum to the DC in the name of the President.

Thousands of social, and religious organisations along with the city residents participated enthusiastically to take this burning issue to the people.

Speaking on the occasion, Swami Bhuteshanand said that today we have united here in protest against the atrocities on Bangladeshi Hindus. “But we have to think what is the reason for such a situation in Bangladesh? The only reason is the lack of unity among Hindus there,” he maintained.

“All the Sanatanis who are living here should also be cautious that if we do not remain united and remain scattered like this, then such a terrible situation can come here too,” he said.

“In Bangladesh, Hindu temples are being demolished selectively, Hindu houses are being burnt, and the honour of Hindu sisters and daughters is being torn to shreds. But the United Nations is silent, all this is happening due to the Jihadi mentality. Such a Jihadi mentality flourishes only where there is no Hindu unity. All of us Sanatanis should declare in one voice that we will not be divided,” he said.

Colonel V.K. Singh said that the Indian government should adopt the model of Israel. “If the Jihadi government there is unable to protect the Hindus, then we should send our military there and bring them back safely to India,” he said.

Rakesh Lal, a social worker, said that in protest against the atrocities being committed on Bangladeshi Hindus by the Jihadi government, Sarva Santan Samaj has united and like-minded organizations in the entire Jharkhand are gathering in district headquarters to submit memorandums.

Advocate Rakesh Mishra said that the incident in Bangladesh is a matter of global concern. “The way anti-India forces are trampling the Indian flag under their feet, the way India is being opposed, the way Hindus are being treated brutally, it is clear what the conspiracy is,” he said.

Rakesh Lal (Social Worker), Swami Bhuteshananand Maharaj (Bharat Seva Ashram), Birendra Sahu (Vishwa Hindu Parishad) Vinod Gadyayan (Chinmaya Mission) Shekhar Chaudhary (Bengali Association), Colonel VK Singh (All India Ex-Servicemen), Rishi Pandey (Seva Bharati), Mukesh Kabra (Maheshwari Samaj), Dr. Sunita Kumari Gupta (All India Educational Federation), Rajendra Mishra (Advocate Council), Bablu Tiger (Hindu Mahasabha), Ashok Purohit (Durga Puja Mahanagar President), Kali Soni (Hindu Yuva Sangh), Jigyasa Ojha, Bhairav Singh, Brajesh Singh (Akhand Bharat) etc. participated in this programme.
