Ranchi, July 13: Reengineering Emotions, in collaboration with the National Human Rights and Social Security Organization, recently organized a mental health awareness sensitization programme for the staff of Smart City Ranchi. The event aimed to educate and destigmatize mental health issues while highlighting the importance of human rights.

Aditi Bhasin, a renowned psychologist, led the session

Aditi Bhasin, a renowned psychologist, led the session by sensitizing participants towards mental health. She addressed common misconceptions, encouraged open discussions, and provided valuable insights into managing mental well-being. Her efforts aimed to break the stigma surrounding mental health, fostering a more supportive and understanding environment among the staff.

Savita Pahwa also spoke at the event, raising awareness about human rights. She emphasized the organization’s role in providing support and outlined the steps individuals can take to seek help when needed. This programme marks a significant step in promoting mental health and human rights awareness within the Smart City Ranchi community. By fostering education and open dialogue, Reengineering Emotions and the National Human Rights and Social Security Organization aim to create a more inclusive and supportive workplace environment.
