Daltonganj, November 27: Nilamber Pitamber University (NPU) observed Constitution Day and highlighted the need to inculcate constitutional values in daily life. Addressing officers, staff, and students, Vice Chancellor Dr. Prof. Dinesh Kumar Singh said that only talking about the Constitution of India is not enough.

Constitutional values must reflect in daily life

The Vice Chancellor stressed that giving or listening to speeches does not automatically strengthen faith in the Constitution. “The important thing is to bring the values and spirit of the Constitution into our lives,” he said.

Rights and duties go together

He added that people must not only learn about the rights guaranteed by the Constitution but also perform their fundamental duties. According to him, fulfilling these duties helps protect, strengthen, and develop the country.
