New Delhi, April 3: Prime Video has officially renewed the hit series Panchayat for a fourth season, set to premiere on July 2. As the show marks its fifth anniversary, fans can expect another round of drama, humor, and heartfelt moments from the fictional village of Phulera.
With direction by Deepak Kumar Mishra and Akshat Vijaywargiya, the new season will see Abhishek, Pradhan Ji, and the villagers facing fresh challenges and embarking on quirky new adventures, further immersing viewers in the world of Phulera.

Created by Deepak Kumar Mishra and Chandan Kumar, Panchayat follows Abhishek Tripathi (played by Jitendra Kumar), an engineering graduate who takes up the role of panchayat secretary in a remote Uttar Pradesh village due to a lack of better job opportunities.
The show, produced by The Viral Fever (TVF), has resonated strongly with audiences since its debut in April 2020, leading to a second season in 2022 and a critically acclaimed third installment last year.
The upcoming season will once again feature Jitendra Kumar alongside an ensemble cast, including Neena Gupta, Raghubir Yadav, Faisal Malik, Chandan Roy, Sanvikaa, Durgesh Kumar, Sunita Rajwar, and Pankaj Jha, all reprising their beloved roles.
