The fresh round of questioning follows the emergence of additional facts in the case, sources stated.

The ED’s investigation is based on a CBI complaint and centers on allegations that Lalu Prasad, while serving as Railway Minister in the UPA-1 government, facilitated corruption by trading land for jobs within the Indian Railways between 2004 and 2009.

The ED’s charge sheet filed last year names Rabri Devi, Misa Bharti, and Hema Yadav among the accused, alongside other individuals.
