The much-awaited trailer of Ranvir Shorey and Sikandar Kher’s upcoming film Jassi Weds Jassi has finally been released, offering audiences a hilarious peek into the world of love, confusion, and Punjabi wedding chaos. The comedy-drama is set to hit cinemas across India next month, in November.

The two-minute thirteen-second trailer introduces viewers to a lively Punjabi wedding where everything goes haywire — all because of one name: Jassi. Ranvir Shorey plays a saree shop owner caught in the middle of this comedic confusion.

The film features a talented ensemble cast including Sikandar Kher, Harshvardhan Singh Deo, Rehmat Rattan, Manu Rishi Chadha, Sudesh Lehri, and Grusha Kapoor. Showcasing vibrant Punjabi culture, Jassi Weds Jassi promises a mix of heartfelt moments, rib-tickling humour, and colourful festivities.

Directed by Paran Bawa
Jassi Weds Jassi marks the directorial debut of Paran Bawa, who has previously worked as an assistant director on acclaimed films such as Rang De Basanti, Karthik Calling Karthik, and Angrezi Medium.
The film is produced by Soma Singh Deo and Mazahir Abbas, with Parvez Alam Khan and Rish Raj serving as co-producers.
Music, Choreography, and Release Date
The film’s music is composed by I.P. Singh and features contributions from Rev Shergill, Shiv Kumar Batalvi, Prashank Bevar, and Harshvardhan Singh Deo. Choreography is handled by Dhruv Dhala, adding energetic dance sequences to the mix.
