RSSDI Jharkhand to hold 5th annual diabetes conference in Deoghar

Deoghar, January 6: The 5th annual conference of the Research Society for Study of Diabetes in India (RSSDI), Jharkhand chapter, will be held from January 9 to 11 at Maiher Garden Resort, Jaisidih Road, Deoghar.

Organising Secretary Dr Gauri Shankar said the three-day conference, titled JHCON 2026, will see participation from over 300 RSSDI members from Jharkhand and 28 leading diabetes experts from across the country. The conference will focus on key and emerging issues related to diabetes, often referred to as a “silent killer”.

National and State Leaders to Participate

Several senior office-bearers of RSSDI will address the conference, including RSSDI National President Dr Vijay Vishwanathan, Vice-President Dr N.K. Singh (Dhanbad), National Executive Member Dr Anil Virmani, RSSDI Jharkhand Chapter President Dr Vinay Dhandhania (Ranchi), and State Secretary Dr Ajay Patwari.
