Justice Shekhar Kumar Yadav, speaking at a Vishwa Hindu Parishad event in Prayagraj, stated that he had no hesitation in saying that the country would function according to the will of the majority living in Hindustan.

He asserted that the law undeniably operates in line with the majority’s perspective. Referring to family or society, he mentioned that only what benefits the welfare and happiness of the majority would be accepted.

Justice Yadav made these remarks while discussing the Uniform Civil Code (UCC) during the event, which was also attended by another High Court judge, Justice Dinesh Pathak.
