She studied Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com), then went on to complete Postgraduate degrees in Public Administration and Counselling Psychology. These weren’t just academic choices; they were tools that shaped her empathy, deepened her understanding of people, and sharpened her administrative instincts.
It’s rare to find officers who blend policy and people so effortlessly. But Sheetla Patle’s education carved that very balance into her way of thinking.
