As part of this larger probe into illegal betting platforms, the agency has already examined several prominent personalities, including former cricketers Suresh Raina, Shikhar Dhawan, Yuvraj Singh, and Robin Uthappa, as well as TMC’s former MP and actor Mimi Chakraborty and Bengali actor Ankush Hazra.

In addition, a number of female social media influencers have also been summoned for questioning in recent weeks.
The investigating officer is expected to record Sood’s statement and examine his alleged links to the betting app operations.
