Jamshedpur, Sept 11: Richa Singh, Head Combi Mill, Tata Steel, has been honoured with the prestigious ISA Gender Diversity Award and ISA Gender Diversity Icon Award 2025 for her leadership and commitment to fostering inclusion and gender diversity in the steel industry.
Instituted by the Indian Steel Association (ISA), the awards recognise individuals who champion diversity, particularly for women and transgender professionals, while promoting inclusive workplaces, community engagement, and a sustainable future for the industry.

The award was presented by Union Minister of State for Heavy Industries and Steel, Bhupathi Raju Srinivasa Varma.
