Bhopal, Feb 24: At the Global Investors Summit in Bhopal, Prime Minister Narendra Modi stated that three sectors—textiles, tourism, and technology—will play a crucial role in India’s development. He emphasized that these sectors will generate millions of new jobs.

Speaking about the textile industry, he highlighted that India is the second-largest producer of cotton. He noted that the country has a rich tradition in textiles, combining both skill and entrepreneurship.

He also pointed out that Madhya Pradesh serves as India’s cotton hub, contributing nearly 25% of the country’s organic cotton supply.
