The next hearing has been scheduled for May 21.

The case involves the alleged unlawful assembly of TMC leaders on April 8, 2024, outside the Election Commission of India in protest ahead of the General Election.

Despite warnings and the imposition of Section 144 of the Cr.P.C., the leaders continued their demonstration, leading to the registration of the FIR.
