Raipur, Oct 19: Two Indo-Tibetan Border Police (ITBP) personnel were injured in an improvised explosive device (IED) explosion caused by Naxalites in Chhattisgarh’s Narayanpur district on Saturday, a police official reported.
The incident took place near Mohandi village in Abujhmad as security personnel were returning from an anti-Naxal operation, according to the official.

Inspector General of Bastar, P. Sundarraj, stated that the jawans were part of a team carrying out operations in the area when the explosion happened.
The injured jawans have been evacuated for medical treatment, and their conditions are under close observation.
