Ranchi, Oct 28: The Centre for Ethics at Usha Martin University (UMU) organised an enlightening and interactive session titled “Do I Know Myself? – Let’s Make A Difference” on Tuesday. The event aimed to inspire students to reflect on self-awareness, purpose, and inner growth, while fostering a positive and values-driven campus culture.

Encouraging Reflection and Positive Change
The session was led by Viral Mazumdar and his team from the Let’s Make A Difference (LMAD) Movement, an initiative dedicated to helping individuals discover happiness and meaning through self-reflection and personal transformation.

Through engaging discussions and interactive activities, students explored themes such as personal values, dreams, and the courage to initiate change from within. The atmosphere was one of openness and inspiration, with participants actively sharing their insights and experiences.

University Leaders Commend the Initiative
UMU Vice Chancellor, Prof. Madhulika Kaushik, praised the LMAD initiative, highlighting its message that “true transformation begins within oneself.”
Pro Vice Chancellor, Prof. Milind, also expressed heartfelt appreciation to the LMAD team for delivering an inspiring and thoughtful experience that encouraged students to embrace introspection and self-improvement.
Promoting a Positive Campus Culture
At the close of the programme, the Centre for Ethics team emphasised that such sessions not only help students look inward but also nurture a humane, compassionate, and positive atmosphere across the university campus.
The event was coordinated by Dr. Anupama Verma, who extended her gratitude to the LMAD team and all participants for their enthusiastic involvement.
