Jamshedpur, May 26: XLRI – Xavier School of Management, Jamshedpur and Adviya Institute of Coaching and Mentoring LLP (Adviya IOCM) have announced a strategic partnership to establish a Centre of Excellence (CoE) in Coaching and Mentoring aimed at promoting human-centred leadership development in an increasingly AI-driven world.

The non-commercial Centre of Excellence will focus on research, executive education, thought leadership, and practitioner development in coaching, mentoring, and leadership. The initiative seeks to combine academic research with practical industry insights to help organisations build reflective, ethical, and resilient leadership cultures.

Focus on Leadership Development and Research

According to XLRI and Adviya IOCM, the Centre will undertake applied research on coaching and mentoring outcomes, develop executive education and certification programmes, and organise workshops, seminars, conferences, and capacity-building initiatives for coaches, HR professionals, and organisational leaders.

The initiative will also support organisations and policy bodies through collaborative projects, impact evaluation studies, and scalable coaching and mentoring models.
