The CXO programme is designed for experienced professionals with at least 10 years of work experience and focuses on enterprise-level strategy, corporate finance, AI-driven decision-making, governance and leadership in a rapidly changing global environment.

Participants who successfully complete the programme will receive an Executive Diploma and be eligible for XLRI alumni status.

The PGCCSRL programme targets CSR practitioners, corporate managers and development sector professionals, equipping them with the skills to design, lead and evaluate impactful CSR and sustainability initiatives.
