Jamshedpur, Feb 11: XLRI Jamshedpur and XLRI Delhi-NCR have completed final placements for the PGDM (BM) and PGDM (HRM) batch of 2024–26, reaffirming their strong industry standing despite a competitive hiring landscape.

All 576 students across both campuses secured placements with 145 recruiters, including 25 first-time recruiters. A total of 576 domestic offers and two international offers were made during the placement season.

The batch recorded a median salary of ₹29 lakh per annum and an average salary of ₹31.40 lakh per annum.

The highest domestic package stood at ₹59 lakh per annum, while the top international offer reached ₹1.10 crore per annum.

Notably, 42.5% of students converted their summer internships into Pre-Placement Offers (PPOs), reflecting strong corporate confidence in XLRI’s talent pool.

Consulting Tops Hiring Chart

Consulting emerged as the leading recruitment sector, followed by BFSI and Sales & Marketing.

Prominent recruiters included Accenture, Boston Consulting Group (BCG), Deloitte, EY Parthenon, Amazon, HUL, ITC and PwC.

New recruiters such as Razorpay, IndiGo Airlines, Zomato Hyperpure and Vikram Solar also participated, expanding the campus hiring base.

Director Calls It a Proud Achievement
