Ranchi, March 4: IIM Ranchi started the 4th batch of the Nurturing Future Leadership Program under the aegis of the Malaviya Mission Teacher Training Programme (MMTTP).
The program is designed to equip educators with the leadership skills and strategies to navigate the challenges of modern academic leadership and enhance teaching and learning in their institutions.
The inauguration ceremony on Monday evening began with a welcome address, followed by the ceremonial lamp lighting.

Prof. Amit Sachan and Prof. Tanusree Dutta, the Programme Directors, introduced the participants to the program’s objectives, emphasizing the importance of leadership in shaping the future of education.
The event concluded with a group photograph, marking the beginning of a transformative journey for the participants.
The program will cover a range of topics, including self-management, innovation in learning, digital transformation, AI in higher education, communication for leadership, academic administration, entrepreneurship, data-driven decision-making, and emotional intelligence.
IIM Ranchi aims at developing future leaders through its Executive Education initiatives, and the 4th batch of the Nurturing Future Leadership Program under the aegis of MMTTP represents a significant step in shaping the leaders of tomorrow.
