Jharkhand News: Young Sikh leaders in Jamshedpur to campaign for BJP

Jamshedpur, March 20: In a bold move, young Sikh leaders from Steel City, including Satbir Singh Somu, Chanchal Singh Bhatia, and Ravindra Singh Rinku, have announced their intention to campaign in favour of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP).

They plan to engage with social and religious organizations across various regions, including Jamshedpur, Ranchi, Hazaribagh, Bokaro, Rourkela, Bhubaneswar, Cuttack, West Bengal, Kolkata, Howrah and Asansol, to garner support for the BJP.

Sikh leaders applaud PM Modi’s inclusive approach

Highlighting Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s initiatives and efforts, the Sikh leaders emphasized his inclusive approach, citing his visits to Gurudwaras and his acknowledgement of Sikh heritage and contributions. They praised Modi for raising awareness about Sikh history and honouring Sikh figures at a national level.

Confidence in BJP’s Jamshedpur candidate

The leaders expressed confidence in Vidyut Varan Mahato, BJP’s candidate in Jamshedpur, predicting a victory margin exceeding five lakh votes. They dismissed attempts to stoke religious tensions, asserting that the electorate would focus on the BJP’s track record and development agenda.
