Daltonganj, June 22: The newly elected General Khalifa of the Muharram Inteezamiya Committee Zishan Khan has asked the faithful to keep in mind the weight of the Tazia in the coming Muharram due in the second week of July.
Zishan Khan said, “It will be the rainy season. Hence it is very essential to keep the weight of the Tazia carryable on the shoulders.”
A Tazia weighs 100 kgs and plus. Rain soaked Tazias become more heavier. It becomes too heavier to carry forward.

Zishan Khan made it clear that there will be sufficient lighting arrangements but this Muharram it will be ‘not what it was in the last Muharram.”
“The previous General Khalifa Shaharyaar Bhai whom I am not saying anything negative at all had a different lighting last Muharram which we are not going to have this Muharram,” he said.
He repeated there is not going to be any untraditional lighting at all this Muharram.
About the length and height of the Tazia it is the organising team that will take care of it, added Zishan Khan.
Asghar Hussain, Neyaz, Mustafa Kamal, Sannu Siddiqui and others were present at the press briefing of Zishan Khan.
