Jamshedpur, August 10: Sparkle and effervescence surrounded the campus of the primary wing of DBMS Kadma High School as it celebrated its annual function “Rejoice” today.
The entire programme was based on the theme “International Year of Camelids”, as declared by U.N., which was beautifully showcased through dazzling dances of desert region.
There were two off-stage events related to arts and crafts in which students had to make an oasis as a team and camel was a takeaway.

Participants from eight schools were part of the event and they exhibited great zeal, vibrancy and elation.
The function was well organised under the supervision of principal, Gurpreet Bhambra, vice-principal (junior school) S. Shireen and co-ordinator (junior school) Malini Ashok along with the primary teachers.

It was a non-competitive programme. The main aim of the programme was promoting friendship and fellowship among students.
The exquisite decorations were magnificent and a sight to behold.
The audience outpoured their love and adoration for the young participants.
The principal applauded the teachers and the participants for their unwavering spirit and enthusiastic participation.
The programme witnessed the presence of members of the managing committee, Anita Ramkrishna (Secretary), Aruna Ravi (Jt Treasurer), Vice Principal (Sr School) Suparna Roy, coordinator (Sr School) Benazir Gulshan and teachers and students of participating schools.
The programme was a feather in the cap of the remarkable journey of the school.
