New Delhi, August 30: Indraprastha College for Women hosted an international seminar in New Delhi on Tuesday, August 27th, titled “Envisaging Bharat as the Voice of the Global South: Revisiting COP 28.” The seminar was graced by Padma Shri recipient Ashok Bhagat as the Chief Guest.

Bhagat, a pioneer in environmental protection since 1983, shared his visionary approach to sustainable development, emphasizing the power of small, community-driven models to address environmental challenges.
