Jamshedpur, June 18: XLRI, a premier B-school, has unveiled two innovative hybrid programs designed specifically for working professionals: Public Policy and Sustainable Leadership (PPSL) and Public Human Resource Management (PHRM).

These one-year executive programs have been launched in collaboration with the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT), Government of India, and are open to professionals from civil services, corporates, non-governmental organizations, and the development sector.

The PPSL program features six specialized modules of 30 hours each, while the PHRM program comprises three in-depth modules of 60 hours each—amounting to 180 hours of intensive academic engagement.

Both programs will adopt a hybrid delivery format, combining weekend online sessions with two immersive campus residencies, allowing professionals to upskill without disrupting their work commitments.

Applications are open until June 30, and classes are scheduled to commence on July 28.

With these programs, XLRI aims to shape visionary leaders equipped with policy insight, ethical grounding, and a commitment to inclusive development.
