Ranchi, Oct 9: The two-day National PR Conclave 2025, organised by Central Coalfields Limited (CCL) at the Gangotri Convention Centre, CCL Headquarters, concluded with the launch of a Special Cover dedicated to the “Coal Warriors” — a tribute to the men and women powering India’s energy future.
Themed “Redefining PR: From Information to Engagement in the Era of Digitalisation,” the conclave brought together leading communication professionals, media experts, academicians, and students from across India to explore the evolving landscape of public relations in a rapidly digitalising world.
Special Cover Celebrates the Spirit of Coal Warriors
In a highlight of the valedictory session, the Department of Posts, Jharkhand, in collaboration with CCL, released a Special Cover (customised stamp ticket) and a souvenir titled Navchetna. The commemorative release pays tribute to the “Coal Warriors” of Coal India Limited and CCL, recognising their tireless contribution to ensuring the nation’s energy security.

Speaking on the occasion, CCL CMD Nilendu Kumar Singh said the Special Cover symbolises the “commitment, perseverance, and contribution” of every individual in the coal sector. He added, “A postage stamp is not just a piece of paper — it carries emotions and connects hearts. Even in the digital age, letters and posts remain a sincere and timeless medium of communication.”
