Ranchi, Oct 23: The Jharkhand government has announced that beneficiaries of the Chief Minister’s Maiyyan Samman Yojana who did not receive the 14th installment will now receive two installments together this month, meaning each beneficiary will get ₹5,000 in their accounts.

According to officials, women who missed the previous installment will be credited with both the 14th and 15th installments simultaneously, providing them the full benefit of the scheme and double relief ahead of the festivals.

Meanwhile, women who have already received the 14th installment will receive the regular ₹2,500 15th installment.

15th Installment Already Sent to 12 Districts

The 15th installment has already been credited to women’s accounts in 12 districts: Ranchi, Dhanbad, Deoghar, Bokaro, Jamshedpur, Lohardaga, Gumla, Jamtara, Simdega, Chatra, Pakur, and Garhwa.

In these districts, the verification of applications and documents of beneficiaries had already been completed, so payments were made on a priority basis. Women in the remaining districts will receive the installment between October 20 and 25.

The government aims to ensure that all eligible women receive their dues on time, enabling them to feel financially empowered during the festive season.
