Daltonganj, Nov 1: An adult leopard quite abruptly entered the house of Sunil Chandravanshi at Paneri Bandh of Burhibheer forest under Medininagar forest division on Saturday and with the same abruptness the leopard on its own came out of the house immediately without harming any human or animal around.
The arrival of the leopard in human habitation has aroused immense curiosity and excitement along with undefined tension too. What if the leopard had overstayed in the house of Chandravanshi and attacked and harmed any member of the house?

About 11 years ago, a leopard had entered the house of a Christian widow, where, after it was rescued and put in the cage, a journalist went too dangerously near the cage of this leopard only to get attacked and hurt on the head by this leopard. The journalist was severely injured and took months to recover.
Sources said this is the second instance of a leopard sneaking into the house of a civilian in a congested human habitat under the Chainpur block.
