Ranchi, Dec 27: President Droupadi Murmu will be on a three-day visit to Jharkhand from December 28 to December 30, during which she will attend several key programmes in Jamshedpur and Gumla.

She is scheduled to arrive at Birsa Munda Airport in Ranchi at 6 pm on December 28 and will proceed directly to Lok Bhavan, where she will halt overnight.

A no-fly zone has been declared within a 200-metre radius from Birsa Munda Airport to Hinoo Chowk and from Birsa Chowk to Argora Chowk. From 6 am on December 28 till 10 pm on December 30, the use of drones or any kind of flying devices will be completely prohibited.

President’s Programme Schedule
December 28:
The President will arrive at Bhagwan Birsa Munda Airport, Ranchi, at 6 pm and stay overnight at Raj Bhavan.
December 29:
She will leave for Jamshedpur at 9 am and attend the convocation ceremony of NIT Jamshedpur as the chief guest.

Later the same day, she will participate in a special tribal cultural programme at sacred Dishom Jaherthan at Karandih, marking the completion of 100 years of the Ol Chiki script.
December 30:
President Murmu will attend the inter-state folk cultural festival ‘Kartik Jatra 2025’ at Raidih block in Gumla district as the chief guest.
