Jamshedpur, Dec 23: Jharkhand High Court judge Dr Shiva Nand Pathak visited the Seraikela Bar Association on Saturday, infusing enthusiasm and zeal among the bar members.
Justice Pathak, who paid a visit to the Seraikela Bar Association, having attended a function in Jamshedpur, was accorded a warm welcome by the executive body of the Bar.
During his stay at the Bar Association building, Justice Pathak took stock of the lack of ministerial, judicial officials, subordinate staff and operators in the computer department.

Pace of judgements
The visiting judge also inquired about the pace of judgements of the criminal and civil cases while interacting with the bar association members.

Later, addressing a gathering of the Bar members, Justice Pathak assured the advocates that all the vacancies of judicial officials and others would be filled up.
Seraikela Bar Association
Advocate Debashis Jyotishi, general secretary of the Seraikela Bar Association, while talking to The Jharkhand Story, quoted Justice Pathak as saying that the pace of judgements being given in the Seraikela court is satisfactory.
“Justice Pathak has assured us that he would take steps to expedite the process of delivering justice,” said advocate Jyotishi.
Seraikela-Kharsawan Deputy Commissioner Ravi Shankar Shukla, Seraikela SDO, Parul Singh, SP Vimal Kumar, advocate Om Prakash, vice-president of Seraikela Bar Association were also present.
