Ranchi, February 3: The district administration has suspended traffic movement on National Highway -32, crossing through Coal City for three hours from 9 am to 12 noon tomorrow in the wake of Rahul Gandhi’s Bharat Jodo Nyay Yatra.

Rahul Gandhi, who entered Jharkhand in the Pakur district on Friday, will reach Dhanbad this evening (February 3). After taking a night halt at East Tundi, his Yatra will start at 9 am on Sunday (February 4) in Dhanbad for Bokaro en route to Ranchi.

In the wake of the Bharat Jodo Nyay Yatra, the district administration has banned complete traffic movement on the 27 km long NH-32, which crosses through the heart of the coal city from Govindpur More to Matkuria check post entirely for three hours from 9 am to 12 noon. From a security point of view, all kiosks and shops based on either side of NH-32 in Coal City have been shut down.
