Jamshedpur, Sept 24: XLRI Jamshedpur hosted Aurora 3.0, its annual product management conclave, organized by the PGDM (General Management) batch of 2025–26.

Centred on the theme “Designing What’s Next: Product Leadership for a Changing World,” the event spotlighted the evolving challenges and opportunities in product leadership—from Agentic AI and resilient strategies to ethical innovation and career pivots.

The conclave opened with a lamp-lighting ceremony led by XLRI’s academic leadership, including Sanjay K. Patro (Dean Academics), P. C. Padhan, Sunil Kumar Sarangi, and Giridhar Ramachandran, alongside industry stalwarts.

Across four high-impact panels, speakers from Google, Razorpay, Tata Digital, Infosys, Zomato, and other leading organizations shared insights on responsible AI, market resilience, sustainability, and leadership through career reinvention.
