Kurukshetra, May 2: Naveen Jindal, the BJP candidate from Kurukshetra Lok Sabha seat, submitted his nomination papers on Thursday for the Lok Sabha Elections on Thursday.

Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini accompanied him during the nomination.

Following the nomination filing, Jindal stated, “We will develop all areas. I am getting people’s support and love. People have faith in PM Modi’s leadership and BJP. The Haryana government has done a lot of developmental work in the last nine and a half years and people have faith in BJP.”

“We will open Kaushal Vidya Kendra to impart skill training to 10,000 students every year. Further, efforts will be made to tie up with Japan, Australia, Germany, and European countries to provide certified training to them,” he added.

The Lok Sabha elections in Haryana’s 10 parliamentary constituencies are scheduled to take place in a single phase on May 25, with vote counting set for June 4.

Jindal notably served as the Member of Parliament for the Kurukshetra parliamentary constituency from 2004 to 2014 during his tenure with the Congress party.

After being defeated by the Bharatiya Janata Party’s Raj Kumar Saini in the 2014 Lok Sabha elections and not being nominated by the Congress in 2019, former Congress leader Naveen Jindal recently joined the ruling BJP.
