Jamshedpur, Oct 24: CII Jharkhand is organizing the much-anticipated CII Safety Talk & Exhibition on October 25-26, 2024, at The Cruze Hotel, Adityapur. The event, themed “Equitable and Sustainable Strategies: Building a Safer Future for All,” will bring together national and international safety experts to discuss crucial issues around industrial safety, sustainability, and equity.
With over 40 exhibitors and 35 speakers from around the globe, the two-day conference aims to address the growing need for safety awareness and innovation in industries while promoting balanced industrial development that prioritizes both human well-being and environmental stewardship.
The exhibition will showcase cutting-edge safety technologies, attracting more than 2,000 business visitors and providing a platform for B2B networking. Prominent industry leaders, including Manish Sinha, Chief Inspector of Factories, and Neeraj Sinha, Chief Safety Officer at Tata Steel, are among the key speakers. Key deliberations will cover AI applications in safety, best practices for working at heights, and achieving zero harm in industrial operations.

Addressing a press meet, Ritu Raj Sinha, managing director, Tata Steel UISL said that the event is expected to be a major milestone for Jharkhand’s industrial sector, with participants from industries like automotive, steel, and mining engaging in discussions aimed at enhancing workplace safety and driving sustainable growth.
Tapas Sahu of CII said that with the rising importance of safety in both workplaces and daily life, the conference will deliberate on key safety practices and strategies.
The event highlights the crucial role of safety awareness, which empowers individuals and communities to make informed, responsible decisions. Topics such as road safety, fire safety, and workplace safety will be emphasized, with a focus on creating safer environments that boost productivity and protect lives.
