According to officials, the collaboration—undertaken as part of CIL’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative—demonstrates a joint commitment to enhancing educational infrastructure and promoting sustainable development.

The new auditorium is being developed as part of IIT-ISM’s centenary celebrations. Established in 1926, the institute will soon mark its 100th anniversary.

CIL officials stated that the company has allocated ₹57 crore for the project. “This initiative is part of CIL’s ongoing CSR efforts to support the development of quality technical education and infrastructure,” said a CIL spokesperson.
